Not working properly
When yI need to log and make a booking or choose a seat or do check in, often dose not work! Really frustrating. In order to avoid these problems I carry two smartphones but it is nothing to the phone but BA. Sadly

予約が取れない
ずっと国内線の予約が取らないけどなぜでしょうか。
Stuck in Frankfurt
The audacity of being asked to review when left stranded in Frankfurt for 2 days. No staff on the ground, no information. Its a shocking state of affairs
Made duplicated booking…
First attempt for paying it stuck at loading screen I thought it didn’t went through so I try one more time it successfully passed but now I checked my credit card bill they made the booking twice and charged me twice… In app no option to cancel it or view email contact for CS. It just costs you more manpower to answer phonecalls like these cases…
Hmmm
You must input your tracking number to track the doc confirmation but you can’t get that number unless keep the memo right after you upload. It is also not convenient that you need your booking number to have your booking accessible.

年1回か、2回ぐらいしか使わない母親のアカウント勝手にロックされた。他にもこの会社と関わるとロクなことがない。
Need to be updated
This app hasn’t been updated any info. I added my flight to the app and milage wasn’t added to my account. If you need to see the correct info, you need to check PC website.
Claim
We have missed golf baggage on 15th of August in 2019. But still no reaction on 20th August by online, It is too late!
