I travel a lot - no other airline has such a clunky process to check in online and place the boarding pass in the iPhone wallet

It’s a shame
Extrimely BAD
Application and BA site require massive rework the sooner the better! 1. Very slow 2. Every 2nd page to load is empty or erroneous. 3. Doesn’t show booked flight 4. Prevented check in due to mess with Covid certificates upload. I had to spend a lot of time trying to overcome issues with doc uploading and blocked check in option.

I had a serious delay upon arrival and I was already nearly 2 hours in the air until food has been served. Even drinks have been served very late considering the long waiting time of 1:20 on the ground. We were well over 1 hour in the air until drinks were served.
Very cumbersome and slow
The application feels like from the 1800 century. Slow, cumbersome. It does not remember details that you add once or that are part of your account details - eg when you want your boarding pass emailed to you, you need to insert your email again, twice, even if you just added it in the previous page. Every screen takes a lot of time to refresh, you have to press the submit button a few times. The application itself, I had my booking saved already when I booked the ticket, and had to insert the booking reference again when started check in process, rather that it being in the memory. Compared to other airlines, there is much to improve.
