Application and BA site require massive rework the sooner the better! 1. Very slow 2. Every 2nd page to load is empty or erroneous. 3. Doesn’t show booked flight 4. Prevented check in due to mess with Covid certificates upload. I had to spend a lot of time trying to overcome issues with doc uploading and blocked check in option.

I had a serious delay upon arrival and I was already nearly 2 hours in the air until food has been served. Even drinks have been served very late considering the long waiting time of 1:20 on the ground. We were well over 1 hour in the air until drinks were served.
Very cumbersome and slow
The application feels like from the 1800 century. Slow, cumbersome. It does not remember details that you add once or that are part of your account details - eg when you want your boarding pass emailed to you, you need to insert your email again, twice, even if you just added it in the previous page. Every screen takes a lot of time to refresh, you have to press the submit button a few times. The application itself, I had my booking saved already when I booked the ticket, and had to insert the booking reference again when started check in process, rather that it being in the memory. Compared to other airlines, there is much to improve.

If I could give this waste of time negative stars I would. I downloaded this app to change a booking date. The app, while absurdly slow, seemed to be working, running me via lists of questions and choices. After selecting dates for both my in and outbound flights the app offered a list of options for my first flight. After making my choices I changed my mind regarding my return date only to discover that this change of heart will force me to start the process from scratch. Second try worked just fine till I confirmed all of my choices only to be noted, in red letters, that my request was timed out. Third time a charm I thought, rolling through a process I, by now, mastered with confidence; only to get the exact same timeout error. Tired and frustrated I went to good ok’ desktop and executed the entire process quickly and effortlessly; Welcome back to the 1990th, curtsy of BA. I promptly removed BA’s app form my phone, in the public’a interest wrote this review and terminated any involvement I have with this application.

הצוות לא היה מנומס ואדיב במהלך חלוקת האוכל נמנמנו קלות ( גם אימי בת 65). מיד בתום חלוקת האוכל ( ולא אחרי זמן רב...) בקשנו לאכול וקבלנו תשובה צוננת שלא נשאר ובטון לא נעים.
