Doesn’t load
Latest May update hardly works. Given a ‘Loading please wait’ message on startup most the time, and the few times it does load the app, I get the same wait message navigating from landing page.
Avios Upgrade on board
To allow upgrades using avios points on board, as long as there are available space, and should be discounted due to service shortages of meals in such cases. Gold Member for life
Amazing ground staff
I am a frequent flyer on British airways!! Today I am going from Kuwayt to La via London , the staff like Mohamed Khafer , are so gentle , with a very nice smile ,, and amazing service 👍👍👍👍👍I recommend British Airways , it’s a 5 stars airlines

Some loading issues when choosing manage my booking
Suggestion
Please add the option of enabling adding a BA or a partner booking on iphone app that is different from its user. For example, I would like to add my wife’s booking that is under her name only, and I am not traveling with her, to my BA Iphone App. The system will allow me only to add any BA booking that is solely under my name. I would love to have the option adding any other family member or relatives booking different from my name on my iPhone app. Thanx Mishal
crashes when searching flight
Dear all Kinldy note that when i check for flights on the i-phone the application crashes. Please do the needful to solve this issue
