Officially a garbage
It is a piece of garbage. Lots of warnings, birth date check fails. Check in policy is a trash as well. Nice job BA! Epic fail.
Bad app
Often does not work Need to enter details many times
Disappointed in the app
Couldn’t check in online for hours, it doesn’t show my boarding pass. Totally unaccaptable before a flight..
The App is not user friendly
Once you try to check in and pay for seats, you can’t follow through because it drops you out the checking process and will never let you change the seats. No option to change seat once you checked in. Also, there is no choices of seats at check in. You have to go with the one BA chose you.
Worst system
We are travelling 6 and 5 of us we can’t check in online
Tamas
There is no option to search multi-city flights, only one-way and round trip. Although on there webpage the multicity is possible.
Covid certificate
Covid certificate is uploaded and verified, still it does not allow to check in as the certificate is showing as missing… The app is not synced with the website
No online checkin
Only opens the website in the app. It’s a shame in 2023. In addition it’s super slow.
