Besværligt at finde favoritter
Det er desværre blevet mere besværligt at finde frem til ens gemte favoritter. Det var meget lettere i den tidligere app-version. Nuværende app er desværre ikke så simpel og nem at finde rundt i. Der er udviklet en masse nyt, men det virker ikke til, at ret meget er gennemtestet fra et end-user perspektiv.
Scam app
If you cancel a reservation before the cancellation fee date they will still take your money. Forget about support. This app is a scam. Stay far away!
Håbløs hjælpeside
Det er kropumuligt at få hjælp gennem sidens kontakt eller hjælpecenter med et problem. Chatbotten giver et ubrugeligt svar, og lukker herefter dialogtråden for mere input. Man kan heller ikke starte en ny dialogtråd. Der er ikke mulighed for at skrive til levende tænkende mennesker, hvis man har et problem som ikke er med i FAQ. Det opgivne telefonnummeret er en talesyntese som kun giver tryk-selv valgmuligheder til problemstillinger i FAQ. Update: Efter denne anmeldelse om at app’ens chatfunktion ikke virker, har jeg efterfølgende fået svar fra Hotels.com om at de er kede af min dårlige oplevelse, og opfordrer mig til at anmelde mit problem i chatten! Hotels.com må virkelig hade deres kunder
Chat bot er elendig
Mangler rewards for en overnatning, men kan ikke få chatbot til at fatte det
Langsommeligt og giver ingen værdi til loyale kunder
Hvorfor er der blevet ændret på hvornår rewards tildeles efter et ophold? Hvorfor er det svært at få svar fra jer? Har spurgt ang prisgaranti på et hotelophold i Thailand hvor Booking.com tog ca 27.000kr mens i ville have 50.000kr, og stadig intet svar. Hvad fordel har jeg af mit medlemskab? Er ikke en ENESTE gang blevet tilbudt en opgradering trods min status.
Sweet villa
If you don’t mind a bit of walking (uphill), this is a sweet villa. Small clean rooms, nice garden, local pizzeria around the corner.
Payment at the hotel not possible anymore ??
After the latest update, the payment option of Payment at the hotel is not present or possible. In the help center, the option is still mentioned / under get receipt. I need the option for guests to pay at the hotel, but where I book the room for then through the app. If this option does not come back , then we have to find another hotel booking platform. Thanks for getting the option back

We just arrived back home to Denmark after two weeks at Hotel Hildegard. It’s a lovely hotel, very beautiful decorated. Brilliant rooms and bed. Everything very cleaned and nice. The stab were the best we could have wished. We got a fantastic friendship and got taken very well care of. Lejligheden er placeret meget centralt, og standen er forrygende. Vil du gerne have fornemmelsen af en New Yorker lejlighed i Aarhus midtby, så led ikke videre. Værterne har sørget for masser af gode informationer, som du ikke går galt i byen med. Vi kommer gerne igen
