Good user friendly app

Works good. It’s user friendly. Provides all the necessary info for your hotel booking for yr travel. And above all it gives you final figures you’ll be paying. No surprises or hidden cost at the end. All thumbs up !

Gone worst

What happened to the application. It’s not showing or Doing anything. Pl do something before people shift to other booking applications.

Simple and functional

The app is simple and functional, I love the rewards program of Hotel.com Have been using Hotels.com since a long time now and find it very good.

Very bad service when giving free night

I had a free night which they keep locked i contacted them 4 times a day for unlock they never do it actually they wan to suck your blood. I will get rid of this company even i am gold member for last two years. Pathetic service.

Unable to download the update

The app update has got stuck. I am using iPhone IOS 12.
