Very convenient to use when traveling.

Bad experienced😡😡😠😡😠😠

Very bad experienced in their management! I call them SCAMMERS!!! I reserved a hotel in their app and pay immediately! But when I'am about to check-in in the Hotel they told that my reservation is not on their system. So I pay again the Hotel for 2 nights. I contact the agents and inform them many times but my refund got refused! I'am so disappointed!!!! God bless

Very Poor

DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS APP! They do not process your booking and even though you are allowed to cancel the reservation, they don't give a full refund lol. Scam! Much better to book on reliable sites or apps.

It is almost impossible to redeem free nights here. The contact number for help is not working as well.

Not credited

I stayed in novotel bangkok for 5 days and it wasn’t credited to my account.

Non working app

I keep trying to log in but it won’t let me. I can only log in through your website. It’s so confusing that I chose to book in another site because I don’t trust the site anymore. You need to fix it. It’s so badly done and outdated.!

Don’t like the update!

I used to see prices in AED currency. Now all middle east countries are set to USD currency. There is no option to change it back to AED. Such a hassle! This new update is not user friendly. The old version is better and easy to navigate!!!
