Slow and unresponsive app

Have had to stop using this app altogether as it's painfully slow (loading of hotels, loading of pictures) and clunky. What happened ? It was never like this

Excellent website

Booked my Hotel in Cape Town. Arrived at the hotel checked in absolutely no problems. Got a fantastic discount. Would Definitely use booking .com again.

Splendour on the Indian Ocean

The Beverly Hills Hotel nestled along the Umhlanga coast is both beautiful and welcoming. The hearty reception on our arrival & the professional Check-in experience set the tone for what was a truly beautiful stay. A stunning room with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and the sounds of the waves breaking on the shore were mesmerising. A modified Afternoon Tea at The Lounge, Dinner at the Elements and Breakfast at the Sugar Club were all sublime. Dining was a gastronomical delight which was further enhanced by the warmth, attentiveness and hospitality of the Staff. Every member at the Beverly Hills were courteous, accommodating & ensured that we were more than comfortable at all times. This was an unrivalled hotel stay which has certainly beckoned our return in the future. Thank You Beverly Hills ‼️

You cannot see your bookings without an itinerary number. Terrible

Favourites don’t work

You can tap the heart button to favourite a ace but there’s function to find the places you’ve favourited. Descriptions of where to find it on their help don’t work and the online agents just parrot what they find on the web.

The new app has gone downwards

I don’t like the app. You cannot go to your favorites on the app. And you can’t go to your recent searches, when you click on it it just goes to a feedback page. Really not user friendly. The old one was better.

Terrible

Create an account then won’t allow login. Useless

rewards not reflecting

Months after my stay and numerous calls my rewards are not reflecting. This is pathetic customer service. Been a customer for years and if this not sorted I will not use this app for my upcoming trip to USA
