Park Plaza Victoria

The check in was frustrating because the lady could not understand English. The room was comfortable and functional albeit a bit tired. We stayed for 2 nights and room service didn’t clean the cupa or replace the coffee and milk Breakfast was reasonable but not as good as other Park Plaza hotels

Hotel reservation

I made a reservation online and needed due to I arrived quite late I called the number on the hotel and they made me make another reservation before I could go in to sleep at 1:30am wasn’t happy🤷‍♂️ and never got no refunds

Virtual agent is useless

I’ve tried to get resolution to a problem a number of times using the virtual agent. I ask a simple question and the only response is a link to my booking and then”typing is disabled”

Worst site ever

Booked over a year ago and you've not even made the booking

Hotel Evalena

Lovely hotel . Great location, great staff, clean . We were bed and breakfast . All bar and food prices reasonable . Lovely rooms, comfy beds and relaxed , chilled environment.

Can’t login … can’t use the app…

Easy booking

The booking was so easy & after checking prices elsewhere Hotels.com yet again was the cheapest. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Never using this again

They are happy to let you book rooms that don’t exist, and whine when you expect a refund Unashamedly fraudulent behaviour, and the contact number doesn’t connect in the Uk Will never use again, also deleted Expedia and vrbo as part of the same outfit Beware

Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were of average size but comfortable. Food was very average. Wi Fi almost non existent. Surrounding views were very pleasant Bed was comfortable.

More expensive than most other sites.

You have to book before they will price match and sometimes the room is the last one so they won’t refund as the other sites no longer have it available after you’ve booked. They are usually more expensive than other sites too.
