New format lost my points.

Not really points but free nights built up over time. Even called apparently two accounts could never find the nights.

I have a problem with my previous reservation and so far I have not received my money back. Can someone help me with something? Will the money be refunded to me or not?

Impossible to get in touch easily with customer service, no follow up on requests, prices cannot be shown in local currency…

I have been hacked on my credit card

The reception guy who wrote my credit card I think has hacked my credit card $199,97 . 11 times so more tha 2200 dollar was deducted, I have reported this incident to my Bank. Please investigate this with the hotel as I have not used my credit card at all during my trip only at the hotel reception when I checked in late. Regards

Everything is good but sometimes it never books and says there is an issue and I don’t find it…

Bad app

If you book a hotel for 2, there is vacancy. When add 2 small kids, it’s not available. I go to the competitor app, same hotel, same conditions, and it’s available for kids. Disappointed. Waste of time this app.

Disaster!!!

Pure quality

Extremely disappointed with the app and website. The chat doesn’t work properly, it asks me to login again and after that just reload the page. I have a voucher but it is simply useless because it always writes that the selected hotel is not supported, and the page with the conditions of the voucher, of course, also does not work. Very poor quality for such a big company.
