No cancelation option

We have checkin for 4 days and we have emergency and there is no cancel option showing in the option for rest of the days where are hotel people ready to cancel if agent agrees

Payment

1. Often throws error on payments even if I used to debit or credit cards. 2. No way to reserve without card even if you chose to bypass this card issue 3. No other payment methods available such as Google pay

On booking Money taken… Hotel refuses

I hv booked lemon Tree tiruvanathapuram thru your website.. got itinerary number… Got mail confirmation too… but when i open it says.. “” sorry something went wrong from our end “ “ Try again” What are supposed to do ?. Strand onthe Road ?.

Redefining guest services

I was extremely surprised at the level of guest attention. Cafe staff went out of way to make sure we had whatever we needed. It was service with smile. Keep up the good work Vivanta Jammu.

Worst Collaboration Hotels

The hotels associated are worst! No one pock the call on Customer care rather it will be a chargeable call and at the end call get disconnected. Not sure who is running the business! Dont go with any hotels withon the applications.

How a corporation can kill a good website

Ever since Expedia bought and took over the website it has become a skeleton of its former self. The rewards program is horrible. I was the highest level member until last year when I was forced by Expedia to change. Now I only use it as a search engine when google doesn’t work. It’s a real shame. The old website was a thousand times better.

Payments can’t be processed and this bas been the case since a year. Opening a ticket with their customer service has never helped either. They will ask for screenshots and then sit on it. I believe this is all intentional because they want to consolidate all brands into one that is Expedia. They will never let you redeem your rewards.
