The worst customer service ever
I haven’t met anything les professional than this app. One week upon the trip they informed me that my booking was canceled and never helped me with solving the situation. A-mazing. Go for a different app/web platform.

No Polish language and currency.
App is poor comparing to other apps
App is not intuitive and not all details in trip are viewed Didn’t get email with booking and if I made mistake in email address I cannot see it. I booked king bed room and only after reservation I see it is not guaranteed, that is very poor for frequent travelers After many years other travel apps seam more useful to me…

Doesn’t work at all or works so erratically it’s virtually unusable. Polish currency no longer available. If not for the accumulated reward points I would’ve already switched to the competition.
Dramatic
No Polish language and currency. They deleted 40 mln country from app. Leaving Hungary….
