Enjoyable stay

Very nice hotel. Stayed for two nights. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast waitress who helped me with gluten free food and remembered me the 2nd morning. Our room was comfortable and we had a view into the garden

Not working

App is unreliable and doesn’t do what it is meant to. Trying to add a booking to the app I am asked to log in, but keep getting error screens.

Ramada hotel & suites by wyndham kushadasi

Brilliant hotel food & drinks available all day long for adults kids, ice cream crepes waffles you name it theyve got it all included. Very good entertainment all day and night Staff are amazing. Small bit of negative feedback. Reception were not always helpful

Annoying

This app has become one of those really annoying applications that drives people to delete the app off their phone in order to preserve their sanity. The app used to be a good user experience. Now it has become one of those ‘pop up’ nightmares. It takes an age to wade through all the ‘pop ups’ just to look up hotel accommodation. Life is too short for this nonsense.

Accessible

The system is easy to use and therefore accessible to my Needs.

AVIOID and go straight to hotel

Total fiasco. Had to book 3 different times to change and ended up with them refusing to refund when they said they would and paying last minute to sort at twice the original price. Total scam

Great service, ungodly slow app

Great service but sometimes it’s like trying to us dial up with this app it’s so slow.

Fantastic Hotel

First impressions as we walked in the door was wow 🤩 every area of the building is spotless clean. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent a great variety every night. Location is perfect next to the beach and the many pubs and restaurants were within a short distance. Only downfalls i found was that the towels in the room were extremely hard and worn out. And that in the pool area the beds are very close together.

Access issues

I have been trying 6 weeks to access my Gold Member account without success. I just spent 1.20mins trying to talk to “customer service”. Aaaaghhh!!!!!

Wyndham Garden

Wyndham Garden International Miami is perfect for stopover stays for a few nights. So close to the Miami runways and wonderful for plane spotting from their Pilot Restaurant of which the food was excellent. Free shuttle to the airport and the bedrooms were lovely and spotless. Overall a perfect 5/5. Jill, Ireland
