Connection error woes
Consistently losing connection so it takes a redeem night away from you and when you try to rebook a motel, the price of the motel has gone up. This happened at least 3 times and there customer support could do nothing, other than tell me to try again after 3 hours, for then my 1 free night will have returned. I went directly with the motel and saved $85 on a 2 night booking

Amazing location right on the water, beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful definitely would stay again
Can’t contact a human
I have tried to contact someone to no avail. I tried the chat function and after I said it wasn’t answering my question it turned off the ability for me to type anything at all.
I then tried to ring and it told me I had no booking.
Problem is it seems I made a duplicate booking and unless you can cancel it before tonight I won’t get the refund.
Reimburse transport to hotel
My hotel was cancelled at the last minute and was booked into another hotel. Hotel.com emailed me and said I could get reimburse for transportation to hotel by replying to the email with receipts. I have sent and resent three times but to date I did not get any acknowledgment nor any reimbursement. Not sincere at all
Difficult To Access Site
After successfully using Hotels.com for 11 years and innumerable nights booked throughout the world this last year has been an utter disaster trying to access the site. It is too difficult to easily access. My guess is a change in ownership or the employment of uninformed IT people. I am at present in Chang Rai Northern Thailand trying to access my account to find which hotel in Luang Prabang Laos I have booked. It is a Sunday and I am getting my corporate IT girl out of bed in Australia to try and get me in so I know the name of the hotel I have booked in Laos.
So the new system is an utter disaster. If this were my business I would
terminate whoever was responsible. In earlier days with Hotels.com of which I am a Gold member and frequent traveller there was always a number to call and speak to a real person. For some reason this is no longer available. It needs fixing ASAP.

Good app, but shouldn’t lose your spot when you leave
The app is great helping search for hotels, but when you leave the app - even just for a minute - it refreshes and the search needs to start again. Super frustrating while trying to plan dates and locations for a multi-destination trip.
Lovely place in the centre of Malate
Very nice suit ( small). Beautifully clean and a great bed! Perfect location as close to local restaurants and Robinson’s department store. Only complaint ( small) there was no garage bin in the kitchen area. Otherwise is was excellent!
Point back please
I’ve been using this app for years but the past year I can’t seem to book anything . Had 9 point went to book a place then the app would not book anything at all for me so ended up losing my points.
And having to book through other companies.
App not working
App doesn’t work on any iPhone and I have to use other platforms and not able to book from this app.
I have deleted and downloaded many times and tried all settings.
