As soon as I started using hotels.com I started getting subscribed to big US retail companies Home Depot Lowe’s Drug stores Etc etc I DON’T LIVE IN THE US I had to unsubscribe to so many on my private company email
This is somewhat disheartening. I contacted you to report that a hotel i booked through you informed me that they do not accept bookings done through your platform. They refused to acknowledge a deposit i made through your platform and you are sending me back to them. I am sorry but this not acceptable and i do not agree with your conclusions. I expect you to confirm my information with the hotel and act towards reassuring me on future bookings through your platform. You just cant abandon me to a property i linked up with through your platform. It wont make any sense. I can wait. My wife checks out from same hotel on saturday. We had to make new bookings directly with the hotel when she got there
