The best app in reducing screen time and letting go of compulsive iphone use. It saves me hours of time daily and makes it SO much easier to concentrate in work, books, being present with my family etc. Everyone should have this app and start living in real world!
This app is life changing. My scrolling has been out of my control for a long time and I got back control thanks to this app. Screen time went down 53% on my first week and still going down. Now I’m finally able to use social media the way I want to and not how they want me to. I am very confident that this will actually work. Please continue to working on this app. The doom scrolling feature is key!

Could be good! More payment period options for pro could be fine. It’s either nothing or a year? Is there really no in between? 0,99 per month would be stellar, and you’d still get more than your year’s worth of money if people decided to stay. And they would… if it worked. The app is DEEPLY flawed. I set up my shortcut according to instructions and instead of getting a breathing notification when opening my app, I was stuck in an endless instruction screen limbo. No matter how many times I disabled it from the Settings or clicked “done” after reading the instructions… it would just open that page all over again. Im way more stressed now and should’ve just gone to Instagram to begin with. Just make a note saying “breathe” and make a shortcut to that. Works better, is free, and doesn’t drain your energy.
First impressions: oh boy this works for my brain! The app really shows you how these apps have taken your dopamine receptors hostage. Your fingers just move almost automatically to open an app before you’re even aware of it, and this stops it really effectively.
