So I had a YT shorts addiction about a year back. This app has helped me immensely. At first you still click ‘continue to <app>’ but then you start to be more mindful of how much you use and automatically you start to lower your usage. Now I have one sec for insta and I haven’t used the platform for so long (the negativity on there is appalling). Def try it out.

I’m having a hard time with the timers. Every time I try to set for a 15 minute timer it just doesn’t work and instared I have like a one hour timer. And I can’t pause the focus session either….

The app is good but there are now on iOS much simpler ways for the user to set up the block by just giving permission to the app to use screen time

I added apps, then it asks me to buy the pro version to add multiple apps, then I removed one app from shortcut and remain just one, but every time it’s popup (buy the pro version to add multiple apps), I tried to remove all shortcut and Redo it again, but still not working, the same notification shows up every time and it’s frustrating.

I love one sec and I use it religously on my phone but i went to use it on my mac and now, messages will not open at all. I have tried uninstalling and shredding the app but to no avail. Please help me out!!

Great idea but with the free version every time I click on my blocked app and I am sent to the application I get an advertisement of the subscription instead of the breathing exercise, it is so annoying please fix it

One sec has significantly reduced my YouTube addiction! I would highly recommend. However, there are a few bugs in the app, but there is really good support and they helped me solve them.

Some apps didnt work like capcut. Otherwise works great!

I downloaded this app and now it won’t let me delete it I can remove it from home screen but completely deleting it is impossible please do not download this app
