One of the few tech & app innovations that bring enormous value to your life Highly recommend, works wonders for everyone in this world trying to combat the power and control that technology companies have. Also a great tool for people with ADHD. Again highly recommend downloading it, setting it up (takes 10 min.).

I never, ever write reviews but this app is the best. I just wish you could customize a bit more like, I want to be able to open Facebook without any intervention, but I want there to be an intervention and reminder after a chosen limit
Great app
Honestly it helped me so much with focusing more. I barely use my phone compared to before. I would usually spend hours on social media, but I cut it down to only opening Instagram 9x today (which is nothing, considering I only use it for texting now)😄 Thank u so mich app developers, this app is just great, considering to upgrade to premium, just to support u guys in the backroom hahaha
Shows too much of the app before blocking
The one sec app allows at least a second or even two before it kicks in, allowing me to see the app and nearly interact with it before the deep breath screen shows up. Makes the app less effective and a little annoying. Otherwise it’s nice to have the option of saying yeah no thanks to the apps.
Unable to set up automation
Cannot select the chose app again in the setup ‘return to app’ - the available app’s to select is not the app installed on phone.
Slow expensive
Greedy company trying to scam users, obviously bots leaving 5 star reviews
Sounds dumb, Works perfect
So i only i have the free version, which allows me to block 1 app only. I don’t have TikTok on my home page, but i do instagram, and because instagram is also used for texting and posting on my buisness account i would end up scrolling for hours through dumb reels. Through this app i have reduced my daily use of instagram from 2-3 hours a day to now only 20 minutes. I am so grateful for the devs of this app, great work. 10/10 would recommend and i have to my friends already.
