one sec | screen time + focus

Good at first but after i deleted it still has control over my screen time and i dont know the pascode,

This app is amazing and it has helped me tremendously. The function of having to take a moment before mindlessly navigating between apps works wonders. The customization is what makes this app so good. Some apps I use too much so I can put more stringent rules for those, whereas others I barely use but still want to limit and those get lower barriers of entry. The trigger of showing a screen before opening an app that you're used to using all the time is outstanding. It world equally well at breaking an older habit and creating a new one. With this app I've been able to break the doomscrolling habits. Plus, the trigger has allowed me to start journaling each morning and evening since it just pops up in front of me; other journaling apps required me to open the app or turn on a notification so I never used them. I'd rate this 6 stars out of 5 if I could 🥳

One sec has significantly reduced my YouTube addiction! I would highly recommend. However, there are a few bugs in the app, but there is really good support and they helped me solve them.

Some apps didnt work like capcut. Otherwise works great!

I downloaded this app and now it won’t let me delete it I can remove it from home screen but completely deleting it is impossible please do not download this app

I did the shortcut in settings and it works, what more is there to say, it’ll slow me down before i open something irrationally. Great idea 👏.

Crazy how these large corporations made social media apps so powerful that I'll subconsciously go on Instagram and snapchat without even thinking about it. I'm not a scroller and wouldn't endlessly scroll on social media but I would go on them to check notifications. Whenever there was pause in a video game, nothing going on in the moment in life, or I'm bored, I'd naturally pick up my phone and by default go to Instagram with 0 purpose. After I downloaded one sec and bought premium it made my unconscious habit conscious. It makes me ask myself in my head, "is there anything I absolutely need to do on this app?" If the answer is no, I get off. The habit has subsided too because my mind associates checking social media as one sec popping up. So grateful I got this because I'm a lot more mindful and in the moment than I was before and I'm a lot happier and less irritable. I highly recommend you get this app because if your someone like me who doesn't wanna delete their socials, this makes you in control of your decision to go on these high dopamine apps rather than the corporation being in control of you.

This app has seriously reduced the amount of time I spend on my phone. Litterally nothing else works. Thank you guys so much

Great app, it helps save time and is highly recommended if you want to spend less time on social media. However, I personally enjoy procrastinating on social media, so I don’t use it much. Regardless, it’s a solid app and deserves a 5/5 rating!
