I traveled with Ryanair many times and the reservation was through Kiwi and they always asked to make a check-in at the Airport (no online check-in) But the last time they made me pay 55 Euros And they said “Kiwi was wrong because Kiwi sent Ryanair some wrong codes” And Kiwi didn't refund me This is a very bad way and it seems that it is better to book through airlines, Kiwi is not safe and not honest. I advise everyone to book with Airlines

The worst travel agency at all… One of their flight cancelled without inform me.In addition, I have paid for check in at the airport after they told me to do that since their system was down and no one want to refund me… Please do not deal with them at all ! The most important things is there is no support before through and after the flight, be careful and my advice to avoid dealing with this agency!!!

I booked a flight and received the confirmation email 40 minutes prior to my flight departure!!! My trip was already planned so I had to buy another ticket at the airport!!! The App isn’t allowing me to get access to customer service or contact anyone!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Will not recommend to anyone!!!

Booked a flight that never existed, costed me money to rebook a flight, when I submitted my refund application they told we are processing your application and may take up to 3 months! 3 months later there was no processing for the refund ! Very bad customer service! No phone numbers to contact! This site and application are the worst ever and highly unrecommended !!

Only wish i can pick a specific day for departure and arrival. Fir example i wish to find flights leaving thursday and returning Saturday of every month. Being able to select time (morning,noon,night) is a plus

I have a bad experience with Kiwi,, I lost connection flight because of delay of first flight.. meanwhile their reply was “you still have time to catch your connection flight” “proceed as planned” but this was not true.. i paid new tickets. I sent Kiwi an e mail describing what happened, but with no response. Finally, I lost my flight and my time with complete careless from KIWI
