Very disappointing

The worst app that you can possibly use to book a flight ticket, not that they only make u pay more for more service that you don’t get , but also they refuse to refund you the money and in case you asked for a help they make you pay more money saying it’s the airline’s fee while it costs nothing on the airline’s website , Guys check good before you paying for anything !

Don't buy anything from them because they will abandon you the second you need them!!

I bought a ticket at a higher price in order to have a short wait between flights. A few days after the purchase they sent me a card change with a 13 hour wait!! And when I contacted them (8 times) and explained that I was flying with a baby and I needed their help to change a flight that involved a short wait between flights (and I found them 3 more flights with a short waiting time) they stated that it was a small change and therefore they are not obligated to help me. Terrible service! They only know how to say no and said that if I'm not interested in the flight I can get $10 back even though I paid 1400 euros!!!!!!! Don't buy anything from them because they will abandon you the second you need them!!

no notification of flight cancellation!

I didn’t fly home because there was no notification about the flight cancellation. I bought a return ticket and demanded a refund of this money. For 2 days, technical support deceived me, trying to evade responsibility. and that's for $90! Not a single manager was interested in resolving the conflict. OK. The lawyer will soon draw up a claim to file in court. good job kiwi👌🤌

In one case they the airline did not let me take the flight claiming the payment did not get to them, although I was charged the full amount. In another case, I received a full compensation from the airline due to a cancellation, but two months have past and Kiwi did not compensate me.

Stay away from this app! Even if you payed for yor ticket, it doesn’t mean you “bought” it. They will tell you the next day that all tickets were sold out and that you need to pay more for a new ticket. And later repeat the same scheme one more time. If all the tickets were sold out, what was I charged for? Fraudulent company, scammy techniques.

Worst service ever

selling tickets of flight that were canceled.. Once you figure this out - its too late. And they try to shake you off telling its your fault - so no refund. At 17.10.23 i bought 2 tickets to flight from 21.10-4.11… At 18.10 the airline ranayair -send me notice that those flight are canceled since 16.10… kiwi is still sending email to get ready to flight. I apllied to full refund The represntetive try to get rid of me - say its my foult and i submited refund too late?! Its a joke! They should not selling any ticktest if they have no way to remove canceled flight from their engine! Now my round trip money is their pockets.. and i need to worry every day if and when i get it. Shame on you

Save your Money and be careful like FIRE 🔥

Be careful like fire and save your money!!! There is no service, there is no one to talk to, they all like a ROBOTS or AI or something, even if you add $50+ to their “Kiwi Guarantee” service - they will most likely disclaim responsibility as they do to me. Don't believe all the conditions they write there - they simply disclaim absolute responsibility. Just a waste of your money... It is better to buy directly from the airline and not mess with Kiwi, the cheapest = the most expensive and Kiwi is definitely one of the companies that take advantage of the crisis when the flight is delayed or cancelled. Please note, since they are not an airline but a travel agents - different laws apply to them which gives them space and a lot of time to discourage you. Be smart and find another way to buy a flight.

חברה לא אמינה כרטיס שעלה לי 500 בוטל ללא אפשרות להחזרה הם נתנו לי 10 יורו לקנייה הבאה. ממליץ להתרחק ! An unreliable company, a card that cost me 500 was canceled with no possibility of return, they gave me 10 euros for the next purchase. I recommend staying away!
