The best app

I can say that this is the best app for your future trips.

Worst customer service ever!

My money is wasted because of this app! The customer service is so unprofessional and no one will help you! I’m so disappointed with this company if I can give zero star I will give it. They don’t deserve 1 star

DONT USE THIS PLATFORM

Dont ever try to book with this App cause even if you book earlier youll still be notified that your flight is sold out few hours before the actual flight. CS is garbage.

Scam!!avoid booking on this app

I booked a ticket and the airline cannot find our booking in their system. But they deduct the money. Didnt hear anything from them also

ALREADY UNINSTALLED THE APPLICATION. COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE REALLY HARD TO CONTACT AND ALSO RUDE!!! WE'RE NOT SUGGESTED BY THE APP TO ADD LUGGAGE UPON BOOKING (THIS IS REALLY HASSLE TO FIRST TIMERS) THEN WE FOUND OUT THAT THERE'S ONLY 5 KILOS FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT. SO WE BOUGHT 20 KILOS FOR 13,350 PESOS!!!! THAT'S FRUSTRATING. We Just booked thru them cause they said it's CHEAPER COMPARE TO OTHERS AND IT IS!! BUT IT'S A TOTAL MESS!!!!!

Refusion

I have to cancel my flight, i got bloodcloth in my heart arteries and that inhave to be operated teice, my flight os within a month from now and i cannt make due to second operations, and doctors says its not possible to travel for me it will be dangerous due to my conditions :( and i tried to refund it now, and inhave paid 4,000kr for the ticket and i only got 74kr as my refund :( its a total scam for people, and there is no way you can actually talk to the airline company about it…even i have a valid reasoon for my cancelation

Not able to change flight sched with ease

Hi Kiwi, I have already changed my flight finally.. thank you.. But I paid additional cost which is almost the same cost of buying a new ticket.. I have lots of questions to ask about the ticket provided to me but time constraints & no options left me to just accept and pay.. I paid for a standard ticket so that I can change my flight date with ease, incase it is needed. But what happened is I cannot change my flight ticket on my own even if it is still more than 48hrs before the flight departure. With this limitation in your app, it caused me a lot of inconvenience.. What is worst is I have to pay an additional cost which is almost the same price of buying a new ticket.. I have lots of questions to ask about the ticket provided to me but time constraints & no options left me to just accept and pay.. This limitation of not able to change flight schedule of return ticket if the outbound ticket has departed has many inconveniences which are below: 1.Kiwi limits the user by providing only 1 option of flight schedule and flight route (previously when i change my flight sched, I can choose any date, any route bcoz there are a lot of choices) 2.Bcoz of item 1, user is not able to check flights sched on other dates or route which is much more cheaper. (i dont know if the new itinerary you gave me is most cheapest and i dont understand why i have to pay price that is almost same of buying a new ticket) 3.Kiwi wastes the time of the user because of the long process of changing dates/routes. (Operators keeps on asking same questions, repeating it several times making the process more longer.kiwi provided illogical itinerary) 4.Bcoz of item 4, users will not be able to change flight quickly if they suddenly decided to change flight around 50hours before the flight departure. I hope that kiwi management should look onto this limitation i mentioned above and improve the app. The user should experience convenience in using Kiwi app. Kiwi should maintain what they are proud of which is they provide cheapest flights than other apps. My recommendation is to just let the user change flights on their own.. kindly consider.. this will help other users to not experience what happened to me..
