Very bad app. Everything you want to do, it opens web page inside the app. So app is nothing else then bunch of bookmarks. And even that not working. There are constant failures. Connectivity issues, etc Also I bought tickets for my family. I could not finish checkin for all of us in the app. After finishing on web, I can get only my ticket as mobile ticket. Others I had to download PDF. Stupid! I do not understand how can this kind of company even live with such app. I hope their airplane mantenance is better than software one.

I was running around an unknown city 10000 miles from home to find some place to print my boarding passes as the option to download the boarding pass does not work. Very inconvenient, especially when paying for business class.

Absolutely awful app. I waited at the airport for them to send me a link to reset password. I’m the end the desk staff helped me. I got the link 7 months later !!!!

The app is not that user friendly. I got there at the end but it was pretty frustrating.

Terrible app. Full of bugs and glitches and simply hasn’t evolved like other airlines. Constantly asks to log in again, and often switches between the app and a browser. Constantly crashing too. Embarrassing for a company like BA.

……it’s always the last to know anything about your flight or status. Checked in? The App won’t know! You have your boarding pass already? The App doesn’t think so! Been told your flight is delayed? Not according to the App!! Utterly useless, if not downright misleading.
