This app is unstable and often not working.
Travelling business class and have to pay for my seat???????
Very disappointing
Check-in and seat selection
Very dissatisfied experience. Not able to change the allocated seat. I am traveling business class and still need to purchase my seat. Not happy with the options !
Technical glitch
Your App is not functioning properly and few technical glitches which are happening frequently frequently, can seriously be misguiding .
Disappointing!!
Most of the time the app is not working. Always asks for a booking code instead of finding-it by itself and making my life easier! Very disappointed! And BA’s website also. I am logged in trying to check in and it asks me again for my frequent flyer number- how many times should i add it for it to be connected to my account?!! I use aegean very frequently and it is much better
Useless app
Sort your app out BA...constantly freezes and also gives an error when reserving seats! Email sent previously but no reply received, as expected. Using iPhone XR iOS 13.

Quick access and user friendly Thanks
No blankets
The seats are not comfortable, the temperature is very low and they dont even have blankets when i requested one!!
BA - a low cost half decent airline
Tickets are way above average. You charge for a sandwich, no blanket or pillow (thats for business class - what a privilege), seats uncomfortable looking cheap as hell. Mobile app does half of the things you can do in your online web version.
