The update is awful!! No local currency! No Arabic!! The receipt is a jock 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 at least make copy past from Booking.com 🙃
Bad experience
I booked 4 rooms and they charged me twice, I asked them to refund or send me an email saying it has been charged me twice to provide it to my bank, still waiting 😟

Not user friendly
App is not very user friendly. Every time I need to put confirmation number instead app should recognize me and tag all my bookings in one dashboard so that I can see all my activity in one shot.
Bad experience and cannot reach agent
Bad app and cant reach agent to resolve my issue Terrible chat settings and always disconnected and need to start again with the stupid virtual agent until reach real agent Each time need to repeat the whole story 10 agents contacted so far and issue not resolved of unconfirmed reservation No contact number can be used the one provided is not reachable from my country !!!! Bad experience with this app and website
