Easy to use, clear accurate info, good deals

My booking was cancelled without my directions or wanting it cancelled and it had been booked for more than 2 months. I called the hotel property and the tried to talk to a virtual agent. The virtual agent stopped my ability to type. Said I didn’t have any upcoming booking. I have other purchases associated with my trip and not having the hotel I booked two months ago is terrible and throws the whole trip into chaos!

The beds were rock hard. Pillows and sheets had blood stains. Cigarette holes in towels. Breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and fruit cups only. The whole place smelled like pot the second day. Day 3 we were just staying because we paid ahead. We had a roach in the bathroom last night. Horrible experience.

I paid for a weekend stay in Orlando this past weekend and even included room protection per adult when I arrived at 1am. The hotel was packed with people trying to check in and being turned away because of no room availability. This money was withdrawn from my account but did not stay at the hotel due to it being over booked. I will not ever book a room through hotels.com again. I was a disaster!

It’s a shame when your email gets hacked and many of your apps don’t allow you to change it without having an email sent to an email that is no longer any good!😌

Friendly staff, easy check in, and clean room. Nothing fancy but good value.

This is a nice property with friendly staff. Moderately good breakfast. However our room was bad! A pet friendly room beside an outside door that would only shut properly by slamming it. That is what people did even at 2 am and 3 am. No one should be put in 115 until the door is repaired.
