Seat charges while its No fees (RNCMPV)
Dear BA I have booked a trip from YYZ to AMM and I paid extra about $ 280. For a selected seats , I have received an Email 3 days prior of my trip that BA have changed my seats and when I checked them there are away from My chooses ones, and what surprised me that when I changed them back to similar of the previous ones location I found them all marked with NO FEES, could you please refund to me my extra money I paid for my seats since all NO FEES. Thanks

Absolutely awful app. I waited at the airport for them to send me a link to reset password. I’m the end the desk staff helped me. I got the link 7 months later !!!!

Ever since I started boarding British Airways, I am not interested in any flight again. The best ever
App is not great
The app is not that user friendly. I got there at the end but it was pretty frustrating.
Living in the past
Terrible app. Full of bugs and glitches and simply hasn’t evolved like other airlines. Constantly asks to log in again, and often switches between the app and a browser. Constantly crashing too. Embarrassing for a company like BA.
LDN to NYC
Delays that left us on ground for 3hrs 10minutes from departure time. Despite making up time on route it was particularly uncomfortable and frustrating
Never rely on this App…..
……it’s always the last to know anything about your flight or status. Checked in? The App won’t know! You have your boarding pass already? The App doesn’t think so! Been told your flight is delayed? Not according to the App!! Utterly useless, if not downright misleading.
