Det fremgår ikke at det kun er den e-mail som bruges til booking der får appen til at fungere. Vi fik talrige beskeder om at opdatere vores data om pas osv. Da vi i februar booker igennem Kiwi står ikke hvor man taster de vigtige oplysninger ind på billetten. Da jeg tre dage inden afrejse ringede til helpdesken påstod hun at hun nu havde vores info. Dagen inden afrejse den 22/10 var der stadig ikke noget i appen der viste os boardingpas. Jeg ringede igen og fik fat i én med stærk indisk accent som sagde at de ikke havde vores rejseinfo! Med møje blev det dikteret og endelig fik vi sendt boardingpas til den første udrejse. På hjemrejsen fra Spanien havde også problemer med få boardngpas. Heldigvis fik vi det fra flyselskabet. Nu venter vi på at få refunderet den forbindelse der var blevet aflyst og som vi blev orienteret om allerede i april 2024.

I ended up paying roughly 30% more compared to buying my ticket directly from the air carriers own website. Apparently kiwi made changes to my ticket which left me completely in the blind since there’s no transparency in how the tickets are booked. This was my first and only attempt using the Kiwi app! Stay away!!!!!

Despite their own admission in emails that they would take responsibility for any fines incurred, they shamelessly backtracked when it came time to honor their commitment. Even when presented with evidence of their oversight, Kiwi.com continued to deflect responsibility, insisting that the fault lay elsewhere. Their refusal to accept accountability for their actions speaks volumes about their integrity as a company. It is evident that Kiwi.com’s promises of assistance and support are nothing more than empty words designed to placate customers temporarily. Behind their facade of helpfulness lies a company willing to abandon their customers at the first sign of trouble, leaving them to deal with the consequences of Kiwi.com’s incompetence. In conclusion, my experience with Kiwi.com has left me deeply disillusioned and wary of trusting them with any future travel arrangements. Their inability to deliver on their promises and their propensity for blaming others for their mistakes mark them unmistakably as a company to be avoided at all costs.
