I ended up paying roughly 30% more compared to buying my ticket directly from the air carriers own website. Apparently kiwi made changes to my ticket which left me completely in the blind since there’s no transparency in how the tickets are booked. This was my first and only attempt using the Kiwi app! Stay away!!!!!
My recent experience with Kiwi.com left me utterly dismayed and convinced that the company operates in a manner that can only be described as deceptive. What began as a simple journey from Milano to Amman turned into a nightmare of unexpected charges and broken promises, all thanks to Kiwi.com’s lackluster assistance and refusal to take responsibility for their errors. Upon encountering an issue during check-in at the airport, despite providing all the necessary information as instructed by Kiwi.com, I was slapped with a fine of 55 euros. Despite their initial assurance in an email that a refund would be issued if such a situation arose, the reality was starkly different. Instead of rectifying their mistake, Kiwi.com shifted the blame to the airline, claiming they had no control over the situation. Multiple exchanges with Kiwi.com’s customer service representatives only served to highlight their incompetence and unwillingness to acknowledge their fault. Despite their own admission in emails that they would take responsibility for any fines incurred, they shamelessly backtracked when it came time to honor their commitment. Even when presented with evidence of their oversight, Kiwi.com continued to deflect responsibility, insisting that the fault lay elsewhere. Their refusal to accept accountability for their actions speaks volumes about their integrity as a company. It is evident that Kiwi.com’s promises of assistance and support are nothing more than empty words designed to placate customers temporarily. Behind their facade of helpfulness lies a company willing to abandon their customers at the first sign of trouble, leaving them to deal with the consequences of Kiwi.com’s incompetence. In conclusion, my experience with Kiwi.com has left me deeply disillusioned and wary of trusting them with any future travel arrangements. Their inability to deliver on their promises and their propensity for blaming others for their mistakes mark them unmistakably as a company to be avoided at all costs. If you value your peace of mind and financial security, steer clear of Kiwi.com and their deceitful practices.

Hej Min første rejser laver jeres fly selvskab forsinkelse hvilket gør at jeg ikke kan nå min anden fly. Og i vil ikke dække resten af mine omkostninger.
You have to pay more than the ticket price on most flights, just to make them do the bare minimum and even then, they do their very best to help you as little as possible. Their customer service is deliberately hard to reach. Apparently, getting them to even hear your complaints about THEIR mistakes is a premium feature. They willingly do their best to hide info and mislead customers. Save your money.

Cancelled my flight three times due to a mistake that they made. They didn’t tell me which mistake. They offered me an really bad alternative instead of the original booked flight.
Sorry but you have to fix this ASAP very enoying after queuing at the gate and being refused admittance due to the wrong boarding pass has been downloaded by this app. on my return flight D83303 monday 24/7.23 it downloaded the boarding pass for my out flight D83300.
