I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kiwi.com. Initially, I opted for the most basic option without adding any extras like insurance or seat selection. However, when I reached the checkout, the price suddenly increased by a shocking €300! Their explanation? Apparently, I "waited too long," which is absurd because I was moving through the process as quickly as possible. This feels like a deliberate scam tactic. They lure you in with low prices and then hike the cost at the last moment, leaving you no choice after you've invested time filling out all the passenger details. It’s deceptive and dishonest. Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs if you want to save yourself the headache of hidden charges and shady practices!

Searching for flights is the most convenient with this app with such flexibility in search filters. Saves me hours

I made a booking and downloaded the app after that. There’s no way of getting multiple tickets in the app

Utterly disastrous experience. My flight on July 7 from Amsterdam to Milan was delayed by over 3 hours, forcing me to cancel my entire vacation. I lost 700 € on flights alone, and Kiwi insultingly offered me a meager 14 € refund 🤡 🤡 🤡. Sayli Athari from customer service was utterly useless, constantly interrupting me on the phone. Avoid Kiwi at all costs – it's a living nightmare. I can't fathom how such companies are still allowed to operate legally, blatantly violating consumer protection laws. And to top it off, when I requested not to record the call, Sayli Athari informed me that all calls are recorded with no option to opt-out, a clear GDPR violation. Great job running this circus, Oliver Dlouhy 🤡

Als je je refund als credit voor kiwi terug krijgt om wat voor reden dan ook. Kan je dit niet uitgeven aan een Ryan air vlucht en ook niet terug op je rekening storten. Moest zo 200 euro extra betalen voor een slechtere vlucht….

Disappointed both with the app itself but also with the services they provide. 1. Somehow they register a wrong nationality for one of my bookings and they forced to pay for changing it otherwise the ticket would be useless 2. My flight got cancelled and they were trying to sell me an extra flying ticket (more expensive price than the carrier) instead of facilitating the process.

Pas op dat je geen fout maakt met boeken. Je gaat ontzettend veel extra betalen en als je erover belt naar een Nederlands nummer wordt je in het Engels te woord gestaan waarbij ze liegen dat het barst. Dus vermijden die club.

Payment went through but no trip confirmation at all. No way to contact this company but through their chatbot, which cannot help me: literally every option I’ve tried has led me to ‘contact support team’ and then I need to select a trip, which I cannot because your website didn’t confirm my trip… I understand that you want to move away from loads and loads of email but then make a workable chatbot and put a backup email or something.
