Disappointed both with the app itself but also with the services they provide. 1. Somehow they register a wrong nationality for one of my bookings and they forced to pay for changing it otherwise the ticket would be useless 2. My flight got cancelled and they were trying to sell me an extra flying ticket (more expensive price than the carrier) instead of facilitating the process.

Pas op dat je geen fout maakt met boeken. Je gaat ontzettend veel extra betalen en als je erover belt naar een Nederlands nummer wordt je in het Engels te woord gestaan waarbij ze liegen dat het barst. Dus vermijden die club.
Payment went through but no trip confirmation at all. No way to contact this company but through their chatbot, which cannot help me: literally every option I’ve tried has led me to ‘contact support team’ and then I need to select a trip, which I cannot because your website didn’t confirm my trip… I understand that you want to move away from loads and loads of email but then make a workable chatbot and put a backup email or something.
To my taste it has the best interface and filters system I enjoy searching and booking with kiwi more than with other platforms. Together for the last 4 years. The support and the Airplus is a very nice service . Very satisfied each time.
We bought 2 tickets from Cambodja to Vietnam 10 days before departure. It took them one minute to collect your money, but 6 days to provide you the tickets with numerous not relevant excuses along the way. That left us 2 days (the visa org don’t work in the weekend) to request the Vietnam visa, which requires 5 days to process. You can guess we did not receive the eVisa in time, so we were denied boarding. We ended up having to spend another 2 days in Cambodja and had to buy new tickets eating away a big chunk of our budget. Their answer: we are not responsible for visa. Bye bye hard worked money and thank you Kiwi. Never again. AFTER PUBLISHING THIS REVIEW, I GOT CONTACTED BY THE BACK OFFICE. KIWI ACKNOWLEDGED ITS RESPONSIBILITY AND REIMBURSED ALL OUR COSTS. Justice still exists, bravo to Kiwi.com!!
Best app ever love
Мені дуже подобається ваш сервіс але мій додаток не працює. Допоможіть будь ласка вирішити питання. Одразу після відкриття додатку на телефоні він ніби зависає і кнопки не працюють і нічного не відбувається. Я би хотіла побачити свої квитки. Дякую
Booked a flight, and had to take 2 transfers. The second one got delayed and made me miss the third one. For hours and hours, the app told me I can not file a report because I can still make the flight…. Although it had already left a long time ago! No support whatsoever, couldn’t even call them. Had to fix everything myself with no support of the insurance that I payed for.
Just want to warn everybody. You must buy a guarantee for sure. I bought tickets to Riga and back to Amsterdam 4 months ago. The day I had to flight to Riga I saw the cancellation of my flight. It was cancelled 7 hours before my flight,at night . Of course I didn’t notice it earlier because I slept. Also, there was no reason of the cancellation at all. I was just confronted. I had to spend that day 570 euros for the flight one way. Ok I thought I still had a return ticket to Amsterdam. And no…. They cancelled themself my flight back and I knew about that only in the airport when they told me “Kiwi cancelled your ticket themself” But in the app was no cancellation. I didn’t get any emails about this cancellation. I spent 400 euros for those tickets and they returned only 330. Also, I had to spend 620 euros for the flight back. The worst experience ever. I do not recommend anyone this app. And I will not recommend my friends this app ever again!
