If you want to make your trip worse, use Kiwi. Kiwi changed my trip twice. The last change was that my departure on 12/24 was moved up to 12/21. I received a notification on 12/21. I absolutely could not get on the plane, so I requested a refund. According to the refund policy of the airline I used, if the departure time is changed by more than 2 hours due to the airline's fault, I am entitled to a 100% refund. However, Kiwi only refunded me 10%. I was not convinced, so I contacted the airline directly, and the airline told me that Kiwi was lying. Also, whenever Kiwi asked for my airline reservation number, they gave me a different reservation number. I do not trust Kiwi.
