The app showed the price of my tickets to be 126 euro each. Which is 252 in total. I ended up paying an extra 40€ for a service fee. When my friend was looking at the same tickets, at the same time, her service fee was 0.32€. Customer service didn’t explain this at all, and I feel like I was tricked into paying more money than I had to.
I tried to change my baggage thru the app which tells me to pay extra but the funny thing is that they want me to contact them over the “ghost” numbers. It tells me the number is not recognised. Be careful if you choose wrong service they will charge you extra to switch you to a “better” plan where the the end you will be paying another extra 10 euro plus the extra baggage of course 🤑. Nice one. Lesson for me to maybe better to stick with the native carrier service.
Compared to Skyscanner and Wego, this app is very expensive and shows limited flight options…. You can compare it yourself!!!!!
I will never ever use your services again. I have tried to contact customer service a million times without any success. The app is confusing and misleading as there’s not way of contacting customer support. I even upgraded by paying €10 extra and still nothing. The chat bot doesn’t help either. Terrible way of treating people. This whole experience has made an stressful situation even worse UPDATE… I was finally able to get in contact with customer service. The situation was handled in a much personal manner by engaging with me as a customer, which I appreciate. I was able to get partial refund so all was not lost. Thank you
The flights were on time but I don’t like vueling who charged me €120 for a 10kg suitcase. Aerlingus and Transvia gave me free 10kg bag.
We had our flights delayed- they never informed us or tried to reschedule our second flight, we ended up paying for a new flight and even though we were insured they had never reimbursed us. I’m never using their services again.

This is a sorry excuse of an app, that focuses on scamming their clientele. Don’t bother as there are many better alternatives that allow you to do it yourself and find the best deals such as Skyscanner
Booked a trip with Kiwi Co from sky scanner and my outbound flight was ‘cancelled by the carrier’ less than 24 hours after I made my booking. I can still book the same flight on external sites too and all the alternative options they offer will cost an additional 3 x what I originally paid for the flight with overnight layovers / 2 x the length of travel time again despite being able to find alternative flights on external site. I opted not to pay the guarantee price as it was expensive by comparison of the cost of my flight. They will find any way to charge you the most they can. My other option is to cancel the entire trip which may not guarantee a refund as I have cancelled the return flights. Avoid at all costs!
