Poor Experience with Document Handling and Support
I booked and paid for a ticket for travel within Europe using Kiwi. During the booking process, I was required to provide my citizenship details, document number, and its expiration date. After entering this information, I was informed that I would need to check in at the airport due to not having an EU passport. However, I have a European residence permit, which I always use for travel. Unfortunately, there was no option in the app to add this document. I contacted customer support, and while they eventually allowed me to add my ID card, they demanded an additional €30 for the changes. This is completely unacceptable. The inability to add a valid document due to limitations in the app is clearly a flaw in Kiwi’s system, and I should not be held responsible or asked to pay extra for it. Obviously, I refused to pay the fee, but the situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would not recommend Kiwi unless they address these issues and improve their policies.

I would like to thank Kiwi for solving the problem. I recommend them!
Don’t order with them
I’ve loyal customer with Kiwi with several years and brought at least 5 of my friends to them. When their ordering system failed and I was double charged for my luggage in the airport, their “claims” just kept saying that my luggage was as successfully added to me and the case is closed. And also blaming that the receipt I’ve provided is not for luggage, but for the “name change” 🤦🏼♂️ The worst experience with any of customer services

I payed for a flight, i wanted a refund, they give me 0$… Scammers
Missing one thing what is in web
Great app only missing one thing what is in web - a chance to select that I don’t what to allow search flights with transfer to depart from different airport. At least I can’t find it in app.

BIG SCAM AND THE WORST APP EVER!!!
They send a promo code to you then they increase the price immediately. As a guy who work in a similar industry I know how this system works. Lost all trust to this website. BE CAREFUL and don’t fall for this!
