Not recommend. They will change flight times themselves and cancel flights themselves. Even not refund money more than one year.

I locked prices 10:30€ and I booked that ticket without minus 10:30 from price

I have booked up and down tickets using kiwi.com for my travel, but eventually I had the worst travel experience in my whole life. Wizz airlines wasn’t had any agreements with any airports and every stop you need to buy a transit visa. And at the end kiwi didn’t even check in me for the trip , I had to pay 55 Euros extra for check in at the airport. All in all I thought it would be one of the cheapest trip but paid extra 250 Euros for nothing, this trip doesn’t even included food. I recommend not to trust these sites blindly , plan a good trip even though a bit expensive.

I booked a ticket 1 and half month ago. One of the carrier cancelled the ticket. Kiwi asked me to cancel whole ticket then only refund will be processed. I cancelled whole itinerary. Every time when ask them they say only one thing we requested refund to carrier, but when I spoke with carriers they said they already returned the money to kiwi. This what happening in kiwi. I don’t understand when my money will return back to me. This is my booking id: 287219790

I love how they check in for me automatically. It’s so convenient and I don’t have to worry about if I did my check in process or not anymore. The response from customer service was quick and I didn’t pay extra fee from my ticket to get this service. Nowadays I only open Kiwi to book my flights.

I’ve ordered flight from Malta to Oslo and back. And when I landed in Oslo I received a notification that my tickets were canceled and KiWi offered to buy another tickets. By the way it included travel from Malta to Oslo and pay another 1,2k EUR price. I checked if Lufthansa cancelled their flight and was shocked when I could buy ticket on the “cancelled” flight.

Ryanair ticket was booked but checking in was impossible. The booking was not traceable in the Ryanair website and the customer support was not able to checkin neither for the Ryanair flight nor the connecting flight. I paid 55€ extra to checkin with Ryanair at the airport and had to figure out how to find the other booking from the second airline. Eventually I managed to find the booking HOWEVER even that was a failure as the number of the seat was wrong and I was in fear of losing the connecting flight. Kiwi is an app with a single purpose : to book the cheapest flights for you but fails to deliver even in that. I don't even know how this app is still on the store if it can't even do the one thing it is supposed to be doing. Book the flights by yourselves!!! Save MONEY and ALOT of trouble!! AVOID THIS APP
