Kiwi.com - Book Cheap Flights

I booked and cancelled just two days later. The flight has 2 weeks more. I paid 230 dollars. But Kiwi refunded only 10 dollars. So i asked how the calculation, but they said it is company policy that cannot open. I said it is my right to know how Kiwi deducted. But they never showed it and hide my information on mu money. This is Kiwi’s way of stealing customers money, and attitude on customers. I will not use Kiwi anymore, and will be an anti-customer forever.

Kiwi made us book another flight with extra fees from our original cancelled flight. The airline agent told us they should have not done that and we need to request for a refund since we could have been transferred for free since the original flight was cancelled by them.

My connecting flight got cancelled and instead of trying to help me fight for or provide a refund all they did was tell me there was no way they could issue a refund and instead told me to contact the airline myself and try my luck to get a refund since I had booked my flight through kiwi. Response from live agent seemed far from human, and even had an agent addressing me by the wrong name. Unprofessional. Do not advice booking through them unless you want your money to be cheated away.

my flights were rescheduled 3 times and caused me cannot catch up my connecting flight, although kiwi help desk was not able to help me. They always give me the same reply, they don’t have control. Luckily, the refund team could help me to refund the amount I spent for additional ticket fares. They also gave me €100 kiwi credit to compensate the hassle I faced. Thank you.

They’re scam.

Would like to thank the customer support executive (Joaquim) for assisting with the refund process which has been pending for a while from airlines side.

Kiwi is the worst scam ever! Yea they connect you with the cheapest connecting flights, but they often have flight changes, and whenever there is a flight change, they make you pay extra to get onto a new flight, bcos if u don’t, you will miss 1 of your connecting flights, and their passenger services does nothing to help you with your issue! I tried calling kiwi to help, and they say they can’t do anything to help and I could only pay extra to change to a connecting flight that works for me, and this is all their problem. And the worst part is, my to and fro connecting flights got changed twice in 2 days, meaning they made me pay 2x extra in 2 consecutive days! Don’t travel with KIWI!!! Next time just look at the connecting flights kiwi offer and than go to the respective flight provider and book the connecting flights separately instead, that way the individual flight support can assist you better

Superfast and Easy to Maneuver

There is no way to seek assistance. My flight carrier was processing for more than 5 working days. As i opt for the saver option, there is no way i can contact anyone for support. It is terrible and a dreadful process. In addition, i couldnt even refund because of their dumb additional packages. What kind of service is this

Kiwi.com is a scam. Don't book with Kiwi.com or you will end up like me loosing all my money and stranded on an international airport. I booked a connecting flight and paid for their premium replacement guarantee services for them to provide a alternate flight as there was a family medical emergency and I did not want to take any chances and was willing to pay extra. The first flight got cancelled and they never informed me. Upon calling them they told that the airline did not inform them. I went to the airport anyway. And called them to provide the alternate connecting flight as the first flight was delayed and we will not reach the transit airport in time. They made me wait on the call for over 30 minutes while I was at the airport. They said "You have to reach the transit airport and call us back before we can give you another option". They were asking me to go to a transit airport(which requires visa) without knowing if I can get a connecting flight or not. When I called them, they hung up on me and did not even call back. I called them back and demanded a full refund. They said they cannot refund as per their process and I will have to voluntarily request for cancellation. The staff named "Mike", not sure if this was his original name was rude and took advantage of my situation. I asked them to pass the call to their superior and they made me wait for 10 minutes with the same person "Mike" with the same argument. I ended up booking a direct flight from a different agent. I applied for cancellation and they they not return anything. Horrible experience. Total scam.
