Bookings made from their app can’t be modified or canceled directly from the airline as they book them with their own email and phone numbers. Their customer service team is not at all cooperative when it comes to cancellation and refunds.

i knew the risks of booking a saver tickets , however kiwi will not share the email used buying the ticket for “privacy policy” since the airline requires certain details to cancel the flight. i kept calling Wizz air and a kiwi representative back and forth only to end up wasting my time and self esteem. Note that kiwi promises that they will transfer the money back to the same payment method if the airline refunds them.

Totally agree with all 1 star comments! Looks like they’re just SCAMMERS. My flight got cancelled in Abu Dhabi and I was trying to rebook another flight all night on their app ( there was this option) but they didn’t let my payment trough(yes, to do that I had to pay). I was so exhausted that I was willing to pay just to get on the next flight as soon as possible. I was calling them all night and until I’ve realized they’re not trying to help, but they’re just playing a ping pong with me. I still have a balance on their app which I can use, but the price on their app is more expensive as you proceed to the baggage, than on the airline website. The WORST experience EVER!

I paid for a flight with Jordan Airlines, which was changed and then cancelled without my consent. They have refunded much less than I paid. They have stolen the money I paid. They called me promising that they would refund me if I accepted the refund method they offer, which gives more for Kiwi credits than for the original refund. (They give more for rebooking with them than for getting my refund), I did it and then they made fun of me saying that the refund was what I accepted. I am still complaining…

Fraudulent company

I recently used Kiwi.com to book a flight, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. Firstly, the app doesn't allow you to check your booking details without signing in and entering the booking number. This is highly inconvenient, especially when you’re on the go. Moreover, the e-ticket issued lacks essential information such as the PNR number and baggage details. This omission makes it difficult to manage your travel plans effectively. The worst part, however, is the lack of customer support. There is no contact number or email ID available to reach out for assistance. This is completely unacceptable for a service dealing with travel bookings. Overall, Kiwi.com has a lot of room for improvement in both functionality and customer service. Hence i strongly disagree with booking flight tickets through this application. Please go through the airlines application and or Website approach any travels directly and book your tickets

I had a very bad experience with Kiwi Travel Agency. I booked domestic flights in Bali through them, but when I arrived in Jakarta, my flights were canceled without any notice. I had to scramble to find last-minute tickets, most of which were fully booked. This caused me to stay an extra night in Jakarta, losing money on my Bali accommodations. Even after many attempts, I still haven’t received a refund for the canceled flights. This agency is not reliable. Please avoid booking with them!

I travel a lot, and I’ve only tried it once, but it cost me dearly. The trip was supposed to be an automatic transit, but it turned out to be a self-transfer. I had asked customer service twice before traveling. Moreover, the ticket was not booked correctly by them, and it was issued only an hour and a half before departure, even though I paid for it over a month in advance. The customer service is very bad, blaming the customer for everything. They are rude and unprofessional. It seems like the owners don’t care about what happens. Absolutely the worst.

I lost energy, time and MONEY. The most annoying support center. I thought booking through them will grant them power too. But it turned out that THEY ARE NOTHING and it’s way better to just book flights direct from carriers.

As much as I would like to use this app in the future, their team cannot be reliable if you need assistance in the future, most especially when you need a refund. It will be a lot of trouble, pointing hands and no one give you the answer and assistance needed even for loyal customers. I suggest you review the flexi ticket they offer before using it, otherwise use for an alternative app. Disappointed to their resolution. Too bad as I feel that they wont help you when it comes to refund.
