I lost energy, time and MONEY. The most annoying support center. I thought booking through them will grant them power too. But it turned out that THEY ARE NOTHING and it’s way better to just book flights direct from carriers.
As much as I would like to use this app in the future, their team cannot be reliable if you need assistance in the future, most especially when you need a refund. It will be a lot of trouble, pointing hands and no one give you the answer and assistance needed even for loyal customers. I suggest you review the flexi ticket they offer before using it, otherwise use for an alternative app. Disappointed to their resolution. Too bad as I feel that they wont help you when it comes to refund.
The worst application I used. After booking the flight, I had a problem and I contacted the airline company to change the date and pay a fee of 50 euros, but I contacted kiwi.com after that and they refused to even change the date and pay the fees. And very bad customer service.
They are issuing tickets with wrong information, be careful. Airlines are not entertaining once we purchase tickets from them. Worst experience.
This company messed my mom's flight up so badly, we purchased a ticket through them and it was the worst mistake. The more interaction we had with the company the service became more and more of a joke. We spent countless hours trying to get my moms ticket issued and struggled right up until she needed to board her flight- eventually Emirates made a plan to get her on the flight. This company nearly ruined Christmas for my mom and family. I will tell everyone I know to not use them, they were not helpful at all and only caused us extreme stress. Absolutely despicable. Please do not use this company, save yourself stress, hours of time wasted and heart ache!

If your ticket was bought you by somebody else, app is completely useless. There is no field to put my passport detail to see my flight changes or at least terminal. Call center - it’s another story, my flight is in 7 hours, after 30 minutes of waiting on the line I cancelled the phone. And they are asking booking details, after this saying that they are prioritizing clients who’s flight is within 24 hours 🤦♀️
My wife booked a ticket and paid ti charge the flight date and till now we still didn’t get the new ticket??
This 3rd party site is a total scam! I added and paid for extra luggage worth AED 572.78 via Kiwi for a Cebu pacific flight however they charged me AED 696.60, after a few hours, they rejected the payment and decided to refund me AED 572.78 (so where's the AED 123.82?) July 16, I paid via credit card, and up till now August 29, the refund is not processed! Customer service staff via the Kiwi app are rude, useless, and no help whatsoever! I have sent them bank statements and they kept telling me it was refunded with no proof just an invoice they generated that it was refunded the next day. I have called our bank and have said that the refund has not been received at all. This ping pong game - with calling and messaging Kiwi is a total waste of time and unfortunately, the money is not refunded.
Kiwi really let me down. For some reason, they booked my flight as two separate tickets instead of one although sending me one reservation. I therefore didn’t realize I needed a visa for India as it is not needed for transit. When I was denied boarding and I called to have the ticket issued as a single ticket, there was nothing that kiwi would do. Same inhumane script and no suggested solutions at all. Very heartless and poor customer service. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a supervisor. Still, there is nothing they will do after I missed this expensive flight. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the risk. One small thing goes wrong and you are flushing your money down the drain. Book directly with the airline
