Fraud
I advise not to use them. I had hard time because of the hacks they are doing.. this is illegal. I lost the flight and had to wait for 15 hours between 3 airports to go home other than paying 3 times what they claim saved in my ticket. The bad thing is CS are not even listening. Just sending an email to wash your hands is not enough!
Canceled my baggage !!
Worst app that you can book your flight from they canceled my baggage all though I have selected and paid the extra fee. The customer service is really bad I’ve contacted them for 2 hours and no solution !! First and last time !!!
Help support is not a help at all
Did a booking with them..24 hours after still no booking confirmation receive. Trying to reach for help but nobody is there to help. Been reaching out to all their media engine. Very worst booking agency.. worst experience…
No refund for 11 months
I don’t recommend anybody to book through this website, I paid more for a faster service for refund but I’ve been waiting for 11 months with no reply from their support, pls don’t ever think of booking through them I have all the proofs..
Don’t use this app
I have been waiting for a refund process for more than 7 months ago without any answers No one care to reply to my messages since then I’m started to think this is a scam comapny since all comments are about the poor services and refunds
Refund issue
Worst service ever seen in any online booking app. No one there to support via email call anything.
Rip Off
This service is a ripoff. They charged my $180 for an extra checked bag (one leg), when the airline only charges $30. Also, the app is useless, since you need to go directly to the airline to check-in, get boarding passes, etc.
Doesn’t work
Endless load screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. App doesn’t work at all.
