Once you search for all cities to travel, you only get to scroll upto a certain point on the app, whereas on the site you get option to “see more”. Please fix this.

Never book any additional services. It’s a waste of money

This is just a pathetic company , @kiwicom247 can’t return any money from so many people. I got a confirmation from my airlines which I asked by myself and they have said that they have passed on the remarks for full refund to them months before! Just pathetic

Been two weeks since I paid for passenger name change request. No update yet and I have to travel back in two days.

Scam - They earn through making you miss your flight

We have booked our flight from HYD to Mauritius with a connecting flight from BOM, where we bought Kiwi Guarantee for any delays or flight cancellation. Our flight to BOM got delayed and we missed our flight to Mauritius. This Kiwi and airlines are doing some type of scam by booking different t carriers for connecting flights and earning money through this type of scam. When called for a refund they say we only offer alternative flight not the refund.

Our flight had self transfer. We didn't knew what it meant. The site didn't explain properly. We arrived at airport only to know we can't travel. We had to book on spot expensive tickets for both sides. Lost lot of money. Never gonna use this site.

Very bad experience worst application

Never ever book from these people. I had booked a flight tickets from Malaysia to India and these people gave a layover in Thailand and forced me to take a visa for no reason and the layover was 40 mins and I missed my flight and had to spend 20k for one extra day stay. When I asked for compensation they said tech glitch and ignored my request. Why the hell will someone take a visa to stay at the airport. What company would assign flight tickets this way? Even the airlines said this company scammed you. Worst customer experience and worst company and worst experience. Plz pay a little extra and book from an actual company who would take care of customers.

Took the money and sent me a email with the confirmed ticket, which was never confirmed in the first place. No PNR for the ticket issued. Now they are saying wait more than 24 hours and blaming it on the airlines and their team is working on it. Worst experience ever. First said 4 hours, then 24 hours and now more than 24 hours. In all likelihood you'll be scammed of your hard earned money.
