I want to warn others about my disappointing experience with Kiwi.com. After they canceled my flight, I contacted their customer service to request a refund. While they admitted I was entitled to my money, they refused to process the refund. Even after escalating the issue, the manager declined to help or provide a solution. This lack of accountability and support left me stranded and frustrated. A company that acknowledges its mistake but refuses to take responsibility is not one you can trust. I urge travelers to avoid Kiwi.com and choose more reliable booking platforms. Don’t risk your travel plans!

Extremt besviken på Kiwi.com. Jag köpte en biljett med en 3-timmars transit, men efter köpet ändrade de biljetten till en 68-timmars (!) transit. När jag kontaktade kundtjänst skyllde de på flygbolaget, men efter egen undersökning upptäckte jag att flyget de sålt aldrig existerade. Flygbolaget bekräftade att de inte har några avgångar den dagen, utan att flyget bara går en gång i veckan. Kiwi.com har vägrat att ge en rimlig lösning eller full återbetalning. Varnar andra för att använda Kiwi.com – de säljer biljetter för icke-existerande flyg och tar inget ansvar. Rekommenderar starkt att undvika dem och kommer att anmäla detta till relevanta myndigheter.

It freezes on opening and allows no input. I can’t buy tickets and I can’t view tickets I bought via the website. Avoid.

Avoid! Cancel my change of flight and unable to provide any coherent information. Basically just left me stranded.

Scam

Please don’t use Kiwi, ever. I booked a trip, they got it confirmed, and then they cancelled it 30 mins later and informed me it would be refunded. So I booked from somewhere else.. but in fact it wasnt cancelled, and their service staff refuses to help actually cancell it like they said and refund me. So now I have two round trip tickets in my name for the same trip. Their badly functioning system and poor service staff cost me 250€ for nothing.

I get scammed by kiwi team They sale the flight ticket and when it the flight is late I cancelled my flight and they don’t refund me back I don’t recommend this garbage scam website to anyone They only take your money and they don’t care after that I lost my client because my flight is late and I lost the money that I paid for this garbage service Kiwi is absolutely fake and scam website

You really don’t want em to be your last option either. Scam company.

They moved our flight to 36 hours later in less than 24 hours before the flight and said you can ask for a refund if this doesn't work for you we did but after 12 days they did not give us any Refunds. Later we understood that the original flight actually took off on the right time but they had apparently sold too many tickets or something and had to move. Do not buy from this app. Now costumer service doesn't respond to us and basically says it is was it is
