What is your development team doing?!!!! Those webviews are killing the user experience. You should invest in native app and leave that trash behind. Meanwhile I'm looking for the app that cares about the users and their experience.
Kiwi did not inform me that the flight departure date was one day earlier than in my eticket. I had to search for my flight myself, but when I did, I learned that it has already landed so I had to pay a lot of money for new tickets and Kiwi refused to refund me.
I booked the flights with seat selection payed extra for seat selection. The seats i choose where not provided but kiwi refuses to return the money. App support is terrible different person replaying to the issue each time and no answer to the question provided from kiwi it seams like they do not understand english at all
You can not check in to your flight through this app, because kiwi doesn’t have and agreement with Ryanair in this case. And you are not A this party because kiwi doesn’t give your date to airlines. When going to Ryanair official website the email address kiwi “agent” “booked” a ticket doesn’t valid. So to use tickets you bought on kiwi you can’t. I don’t bought a “guarantee” to receive money back of this “amazing” service. “Support” doesn’t know why this problem exists. They forgot they don’t have an agreement with airlines or Alzheimer’s disease patients are working there? Amazingly disappointing.

For the company that claims to search the best deal for you / truly poor performance. After canceling my flights due to strikes (fair enough, not their fault), they suggest another option to rebook for 500 euro extra - as ONLY one and THE BEST available option. i can check myself in my account - algorithm conveniently is not showing any other options. Yet, I took my friends phone and did a search, and found at least few more options, at 303 euros. Shame of Kiwi.com taking unfair advantage over already problematic and stressful situation. Deleted the app. Will find another company.
I bought tickets from them and my last name changed, they told me, that they can’t do anything, then I reached airlines they said that kiwi must contact them cause they are buyers, then I contacted kiwi again told me same what they cannot help me..
They will never sell the tickets at the price which is shown as you start the booking. It will always be significantly increased in the process of the the booking. ALWAYS.
Got a code for -10eur, first try my card got canceled and the code git redeemed when i didnt purchase anything, you cannot even use customer support option, because when you click on it, it asks with which trip you want help and I do not had any trips, so I cannot even contact for my 10eur code, great app.:)
