Very Unhelpful Customer Service

Do not book from kiwi, their customer service is very very unhelpful and there is no willingness from them to help its customer. Aside, they will just push you back to read the terms and conditions

Cheapest Ticket and Real Fight

Never know this agency before. Search for rating after booking confirmation feel so terrible about fraud and scamming. Two hours later they send back a PNR code and check with Airline is correct and already record.

I have very bed experience

I buy tickets but can’t use it for the real I waste money, lose my fly, lose time, and got no success response!!! My rating - very negative!!!

Worst experience

I‘ have booked 2 return flight. One was cancelled 2 days after booking and for the other flight, the airline could find a reservation only a month later than I booked. Even I showed the invoice and booking confirmation with the correct flight, I could not get on board. Avoid this company

誤った情報にすり替わる

私の注意力不足もあるかもしれませんが、航空券を申し込む際に途中で勝手に日付が変わり、誤った航空券を2度買わされました。2度目は注意していたのにです。気をつけて下さい。

ถูกจริง บินได้จริง ตอนแรกมาอ่านรีวิวกังวลมาก เอาเลข booking ไปเช็คกับสายการบินโดยตรงก็ปกติ บางอันที่ไม่ขึ้น ก็บินได้จริง No problem anymore 👌🏼

Worst experience

Nothing clear, worst customer service experience and be careful if you landing from skyscanner, departure date will change from the one you selected in skyscanner and neither skyscanner nor kiwi customer service will help you with that, baggage detail not clear at all.
