Один из перелетов вылетел с задержеой, из-за чего сорвался следующий перелет, kiwi отказался возмещать ущерб за новый билет и вынужденное проживание

The worst App
I used my registered account to access my bookings, but the App does not synchronise with the account. Help&Support cannot resolve the problem. It’s a shame.
Badly
Please pay attention to support. In non-standard situations they can only offer to wait. The action plan that was given by the employee does not work.

Bugs in new version
It asked me to update the app to open, I updated, then there are some bugs. They ask to provide passport details, and when you click on it only tip of the pop-up screen shows up, you can’t add anything, only can close, and similar bugs. Now I have to add my details for my flight, which I cannot do it on the app
Airplane tickets
Booking is not displayed on the site, support cannot be contacted, money is wasted, I do not recommend using these services
A great app
Prices are sometimes cheaper than anywhere else
Worst service ever
I requested a refund for a cancelled flight about half a year ago and still didn’t get my money back. It’s impossible to contact someone from support service if you don’t have planned flights, the only thing they offer is a dumb chat bot. Do not buy anything through this aggregator. It’s better not to travel at all than to buy tickets through this service.
