Swindlers and crooks. I paid money around $3000 for the flight but I didn’t get it. No money returned, no comeback to me, no answers . Wasted time and wasted money. Don’t recommend this company !

They will offer any cheap price to make you think you’re making a good deal. But they omit essential information such as “carry on only” tickets, non connecting flights and leave you on your own to deal with all the problems that will arise, ending up paying a lot more or even missing flights. You’re better off buying straight from the airlines.

There is no basic stuff. No wallet, no QR codes. Nothing that any other service provides and what is actually needed for an easy trip.

Never book with these people. They will never refund your money even after airline refund the money. They will blame it on Airlines.

Kiwi.com is saying my booking number (which is clearly on the top right of my eticket) doesn’t exist when I try to contact them. There is also no possible way to speak to a human regarding issues unless you have your booking number- And since it won’t accept my booking number, there’s no way to get help about the issue. Will never use kiwi.com again

My trip was cancelled by the airline but haven’t received any refund yet. I was told I wouldn’t get a full refund even though it was not me who cancelled the flight. I have never heard anything like this before. Please don’t book from this site. I rebooked but again I faced problems at the Airport since my PNR number was not written in the eticket. I had to re print it. Lots of hassles.

First time traveller in Europe and I find this app awesome and so easy to use. Great for organisation

Do not trust this company, they are scammers. They mess up all the time and will leave you stranded with the only option to give them more money to get to your destination.

Kiwi.com states if your flights have been cancelled due to Coronavirus they will notify you via email or text message. I am still waiting to be contacted regarding my Air NZ flight that was cancelled on March 20th scheduled to fly out of the USA on March 28th. The only reason I know my flight has been cancelled is because of my own vigilance. I have contacted Kiwi.com via email, Website and telephone multiple times with no response. Disappointed, possibly stuck in the USA
