Prices at Skyscanner and at checkout are different. After buying the ticket, I was still charged because the ticket had the wrong name written on it, while when texting in the app, the correct name appeared. I booked a few days in advance but on the day of travel, the ticket was still wrong. Messaged the app, no error, no refund, let the customer pay.

This app was my favorite a few years ago. Now when booking someone has to slalom the fear screens to avoid insurances and other upsales.

I was so wrong to pick this app. They piece together individual flights. Which means you HAVE TO HAVE VISA at any connecting countries. They did not warn that I need Brazilian VISA to transit in San Paulo. So Turkish Airline did not let me board the flight and so I have to cancel the entire trip WITHOUT any refund from Kiwi.com. Absolutely horrible. Please stay away from this app.

The cheap ticket prices shown are not the prices you actually pay for. This app would later cancel your booking and offer you with terrible alternatives. Shocked to see Skyscanner still collab with this provider.

- No clear information like email, phone number for supporting. - If you have any issues, just a stupid virtual assistant Marius help you 🤡. - After paying the booking (18 hours) i can’t even see your ticket and get the final confirmation. - Ticket tracking system is suck. - Cancellation and refunding policy is not obvious. Maybe you can’t never get your money back EVEN it’s your right

I booked 3 times a flight and got canceled after i asked for the refund which came to Kiwi credits,then i tried again because i have no choice Once again for no reason it disappeared from my kiwi credits which they call “technical issue” Which i lost 417.19USD I would not recommend to anyone using their service Worst service i ve ever had

Very bad customer experience and handling flight cancel issue. App keep assigning new person chatting with you and bringing no sufficient solution to resolve. Lost whole booking, don’t use this brand!!

Support service is the worst. They do not help to make name correction, do not clarify the info about checking baggage. Terrible experience!
