Не советую !купили билет по ошибке ,сказали что возврата не будет …договорился с авиакомпанией чтоб компенсировали ,компания перевела 76 евро и это забрали ….хотя говорили что удерживать ничего не будет !!НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!

As soon as I entered a discount code (btw the minimum sum requires for the code to activate was nowhere to be seen) the price of the flights increased by 80€. Not that the flights got more expensive, but a service fee of 80€ was added. And they have the audacity to say that “airlines change their prices very rapidly, we have no control over this” The dirtiesr marketinf I have ever seen. Giving out free discount codes, and then increasing the price just as I am going to type it in. Shame on you!

A very unpleasant experience. I used it for the first time and definitely the last time. It’s better to buy your tickets directly from the airlines. My experience was as follows: During the ticket purchase, suddenly a message came that the tickets are actually €50+ more expensive. I paid it. I received a notification that the tickets have been successfully booked. I booked hotels at the destination. Two days later, a message arrived that the flight to the destination is canceled. No more information. I canceled my hotel booking and tried to cancel the return flight through kiwi.com. At the same time, I wanted a refund. 3 days later, a message came that the airline has successfully identified me and my flight is operational!! … Up until now, I’m still trying to get a refund from kiwi.com.

Путешествую со своим животным, и так выходит что в приложении абсолютно не указано какие авиакомпании позволяют это делать, а какие нет . В итоге мне пришлось отменять бронирование и я потеряла почти 400 евро. Вернули мне всего 10 из всей суммы. Служба поддержки пишет попробовать взять другой билет, может получится. А если не получится, попробовать взять еще один . В общем делают деньги просто на обмане людей. Использовать данный сервис больше не буду.

didn't help with resolving a mistake. lost 80€.

App did not specify in my travel timeline that I needed to change airports during transfer. There was 100+ km distance between them. Lost bunch of money and had a ton of stress because of them. Also it took more than a months for chat support to answer. They said it was my responsibility to check travel details.

Использовали этот сервис первый раз. Летели из Пафоса в Таллинн с пересадками. Купили билеты заранее. Бронь прошла сразу и ближе к дням полета прислали посадочные талоны. Все было удобно, талоны сразу можно скачать в приложение и использовать их без интернета, что удобно. Небольшой совет разработчикам, добавить в приложение возможность сохранять посадочные талоны также в Apple Wallet, как это делает приложение RyanAir, вообще будет пушка.

Very bad quality. Customer support cannot answer my refund question 3 months. I already talk directly with airline and they said the refund is already transfered but no number or mail or answer this useless kiwi.com
