I purchased round-trip tickets to Portugal through Kiwi.com, and while getting to Portugal was fine, the return journey turned into an absolute nightmare. Just a couple of hours before my flight back, the airline informed me that my return ticket did not exist in their system under the provided booking number. I immediately contacted Kiwi.com’s customer support, only to be completely ignored. After hours of stress and no assistance whatsoever, I was left stranded. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, despite this being entirely their fault. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially on New Year’s Eve, when I was counting on getting back home. Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs – they cannot be trusted with your travel plans.

It is so hard to search now, preferred months when choosing a length of the stay? I am choosing all of them and it’s causing no results. Very annoying and very inconvenient. Why changing something everybody liked?

I lost a lot of money booking a flight on this app, trying to evade the hacks the use or the need of visa and at the end I lost my money all of it. Terrible service . And 24 hours prior I was receiving messages about not allowing my baggage.

In app and on the web bottom of Apple Pay payment is not working. It’s frustrating that you made all the way to book your trip and on the last stage is not possible to pay…

They will not support you when your flight gets cancelled or rescheduled. To each of my message there was different support agent responding!! JOKE. They offered alternative but then failed to book it. I stayed up all night talking to them to then find out at 3 AM that they didn’t manage to book the connection they proposed as replacement. Then they failed to refund. Never using their services again, beware

Advice. Use KIWI as a screen and buy tickets directly from the airline or use another provider!!! Briefly at the beginning and more details after. 1. Bad service. 2. Agents constantly lie and hide the real reasons for refusing an alternative flight in case of cancellation of the booked flight. 3. Insurance does not work for compensation (unless you agree to their credits)! 4. In case of flight cancellation, they may ask you to look for other flights yourself. Quote - "...we think your best option is to get a refund...". 5. A new agent answers you in the chat every time. Everyone starts the letter with a mantra about caring about the client and what a quality company KIWI is. It's all a lie. No one cares about the client. They work exclusively according to scripts and only in the interests of KIWI. For a couple of pounds they will send you away with your problems. My experience with KIWI was terrible. I booked and paid for tickets on a route where KIWI used several different airlines. The price also included insurance in case of cancellation or delay of the next flight. Everything looked great. But it turned out that RyanAir (connection flight airline) cancelled the flight. KIWI offered me alternatives and I chose the one (through EasyJet) with an additional fee (despite the fact that there was insurance!). After paying the extra fee, I received a message that due to technical reasons and because the tickets were SOLD OUT, they were canceling the offer and refunding me the extra fee. They also offered me other options (another day flight, duration for more than 24 hours, etc.). I went to the EasyJet website and checked the information about the supposedly sold out tickets. KIWI lied. There were a lot of tickets! I offered KIWI to book these flights. Each time I was refused because KIWI could not do it for technical reasons. I called KIWI customer service and they told me that the real reason was that the price of the new tickets was above their limit. For a few pounds they had been lying to me all this time and offering a "round-the-world trip"!!! I bought the tickets myself and sent them a refund request. It turned out that a full refund is only possible in the form of KIWI credits, which they did not initially tell me when I bought the tickets. The refund to the card will be in the amount that the airline refunds. Forget about insurance!( I highly recommend NOT TO BUY service from KIWI.

Best service I have ever had to use. Always quick help with everything including compensation for delayed flights from the airlines. Thank you for your work!
