With so many emotions within me.. I realise how normal it is to feel a range of emotions. Helps me to have better self awareness of how specific activities or people make me feel :) i feel validated everytime I check in my emotions, no how uncomfortable it is!
Really amazing app, the vocab range i have to describe my feelings has definitely expanded and its much easier to see a timeline of my moods throughout the days. Do wish that there was a watch app with an integrated mood tracker functionality. Apple Health’a mood tracker is extremely lackluster in comparison to this app, though the only pros is that it is native.. Looking forward to see new developments from this app in the future! P.S. love the new uiux updates!
I rarely write reviews if not none at all but I really appreciate this app for being free and how high quality it is. It has videos to guide you, awesome UI / UX and it’s free so do support the developer as well!
Pros: Easy interface, help track and identify emotions for those who struggle, FREE! Cons: Only allow up to 2 feelings to be input at once. I wish they allow 3 or more.
They say when you can name it, you can tame it. Immediately, when I started using this app, I developed higher precision for naming my emotions and better able to feel and manage it better. I feel no longer stuck and am able to review my work and emotions better this way for the week.
it has allowed me to identify and understand my feelings a lot better :)
