I really love this app. The design is extremely visually pleasing. The app teaches me to recognize and manage my feelings which is priceless. The app is completely free. It’s a very well made app. I use it daily and it makes my life so much better 💛💚❤️💙
Helps me track my mood and add ”diary” entries. Lots and lots of different emotions named and the little few-minute-long info packs are super nice! And it gives you the statistics too…all for free?! I’m so happy this exists

This app is so so helpful for me! For example: if im feeling anxious about something the app will request some practices to help me feel better in only TWO MINUTES! They REALLY work and im so grateful i found this app
