I don’t recommend this app at all even if it’s cheaper

If I booked with Oman Air directly, I could have changed or refunded my flight. But Kiwi has its own rules that don’t allow that. Not to mention, they charge 30% more than the actual ticket price Better to book straight from the airline next time.

Be wear of this the are scammers

Avoid this app, they just mislead by selling you the self transfer tickets which you cannot take the airplane at the airport and easily you will miss your flies and trip. Even if you check in on line still you cannot board on the plane. It is a drama that they are allowed to continue this since of course nobody has visa for the countries in the connecting flies. I myself missed four booked tickets due to same problem and they just said you will receive zero refund.

Please stop doing this be fair work hard u dont know what we feel now you are giving us depression a lot people u steal there money we work hard for this money u know the money u steal to me is my last money in dubai i am lucky my friends they just let me barrow to booked it again another floght going back to oman! I booked 2 times to your apps but u dont even refund my money u dont wven give my booking number how could u do this to people how?! U dont have heart i stealing momeu to people please dont booked in this company! I will pray to all who working with this company to heal your heart not to do this to people god will touch ur heart to stop this amen!

Guys as advice do not book this agency..they steal money then will say flight is cancel...no refund or we will talk with flight now for me more than 1 year almost 1000 USD no refund...as advice be careful ...if you know any information I can sue this company please share it with me .

Absolute scam. Save your money and book tickets elsewhere. I booked ticket for 3 flights and they issued only 2 tickets and told me the the flight is cancelled and provided me with alternate expensive options. I checked with airline and the flight was still there so I had to buy the ticket again. They are fraud and will try everything to get as much money as possible from you.

I booked and still no confirmation

I booked a ticket to Manile , it got confirmed within 3 hours , next day, I get a message that one of airlines canceled my flight, I tried to ask for a refund , they refused at first, they told me u have to book one from the alternatives , I paid extra almost same price as before, the next day again they canceled because on of the airlines canceled it . I paid again for another alternative , when I got to the airport, they told your ticket is fake and not showing on our system , I called them again and they said your right your ticket is not showing in our website, ( imagine ur getting a fake confirmation number ) and the company confessed they made a mistake but they refused to refund me or find me an alternative cause they said ur flight already gone. Come on scammers , they stole my money. I have u get suited as soon as possible.
