Gode, enkle øvelser, der kommer de store muskelgrupper igennem. (Mangler albue-bøjning, men det er ikke nemt uden redskaber) Jeg supplerer med hoved-halsbevægelser under de stillestående øvelser som wallsit og plank. Meget tilfreds
