Hello, I am a young woman who’s been going to the gym for a while now (even though I’m still definitely a beginner/intermediate), and 7 is truly one of the best things I’ve done for my health. It has wonderful exercises for all levels and sizes, man or woman, and all kinds of people. Want to start stretching? Plenty of awesome stretching exercises. Want to get some abs? Literally like 50 workouts DEDICATED to core and back workouts. It also has plenty of workouts that target one area of your body without making you feel like a total loser. My family has the family plan and we absolutely love it and I’ve gotten a friend to join as well. I know it can be a bit pricey, but just think about how it’s only 30-45 bucks for a yearly payment and you have access to workouts galore. Most gyms have a membership plan that’s outrageous compared to that. If your not into paying that much, that’s fine. But I’m telling you, this is your chance to be someone better, and 7 can help with that. Don’t ever give up no matter how much you burn (bc lemme tell you sometimes I’m hurting for days afterwards 😂) and GET THIS APP. They did a great job in it and deserve your patronage. I started using 7 it was different then any other I do the full body workout and it’s amazing it’s 30 secs for each workout and I honestly love 7
A workout I can do anywhere! I love it. Plus I believe less is more and this is simple just about anyone can follow it. I believe it could be better if the floor exercises were grouped together so you are not having to get up and down but other than that. This is my go to strength workout.
Recommend if you want the absolute basics. No experience, equipment, or really time required outside of maybe 10 minutes a day. Works really well as a daily self-improvement thing.
A friend got me into this app and it’s been really fun. It makes me sweat, makes me feel good, it’s manageable, and it’s funnn. I like doing it with a pal so we can motivate each other 👍
This app is really impressive there is a trail but you do not have to do it (I am not doing it) This app has a lot of good features and I am starting to see changes and it DAY 1 of doing this Iand it give you a chance to say why u are working out I working out to get fit and stronger.I now have my dream bodie if I could give this a 10 star I WOULD
