Not wanting to lose a streak is quite motivating - I couldn’t skip a day, even on my lazy days I managed to do at least one 7-minute workout so this app really helps to build a habit of moving a bit every single day. I definetly recommend it!

Almost perfect, but how can I set up a unique plan for the days of the week?
We as a family, have been trialling workout apps for a while now. Some been ok, some were just simply not enough. And then finally have found 7! This is not just simple and intuitive to use, but motivating and fun in the meantime. Nowadays helps a lot to exercise regularly. Personally have found it inspiring to check out others, their training habits or even their favourite workouts. Thank you for the app!!! Well done guys.
I use only the basic excercise, it gives me lots of energy. The reminder feature + the star system is the best part of the app. 5 star!
Easy to use, perfectly fitting for me.
Love the app, great job! I miss though the muscle group search option for the exercises. To look for just abs exercises, etc. Not just a complete workout. So you could make your own workout with just that muscle group you want to work with.
Please make at least or around 2x longer the switch side time because it’s way too short!
